A little moon filled with digital fun.
Play around with animations in different ways.
5 Tabs of animation released for free so far:

Science inspired animation. Sine waves, Energy Arcs and more
Animations of 3 classic retro games playing themselves in vivid colours
The Ganymede Online Beta program is currently invite only.
Ganymede Online is a creative outlet and side-hustle of an English gentleman in his mid-thirties.
It's a collection of fun stuff to play about with and hopefully inspire some creativity, and in time: also some useful little apps that you might not have realised you needed in your life.
This helps me build an audience:
While I can gauge app concepts by friend/family reactions, that's a relatively small sample size. Them not having a need for a particular app, doesn't mean a need doesn't exist.
Motivation to work on apps beyond the initial project excitement, largely depends on the amount of interest from potential users that I percieve. Once I have a bit of an audience, I can float ideas and see how many people are interested or excited. When a project feels like hard work or is starting to drag, I'll have a known quantity of people to keep going for.
It's still early days after ganymedeonline was launched.
A fast loading app for listing drinks rounds and food orders, originally meant for use at home, office or when out at places where you order from the bar. Useful for people ordering large rounds, or struggle with short-term memory
This was a project I started in September 2019, and had been aiming to release Feb-March 2020, but lockdowns killed the entire need for it for a while.
I tried altering it into a QR code cafe/pub ordering app in December 2020 and through 2021 but in hindsight I was too late for market
I'll definately re-release the personal version at some point, the cafe/pub verion would only happen if a venue was significantly interested
Draw with code, paint with maths?
With enough interest, I could make an animation tool based around vector graphics. Users would have insanely high control over what is drawn
Whilst working on the 2d solar system animation tab, freely available in SwirlPlay, I did a bit of dabbling about with a 3d version
It'll require quite a bit of work to be a quality product
If you've had a play around with the Neon Arcade SwirlPlay (currently in Beta), you can see that once those animations are perfect, they won't be far off being fun games to play.
Classic in their game design, with neon designs.
I'd probably release this for free, via either a free account to a Ganymede Online players area or maybe bundle this in with other things
